I asked Grandma if I could give her a foot and leg massage using essential oils.  I used Wintergreen and Deep Blue from doTerra.   She typically has increased edema in her left leg at night.  Her ankle felt like squish gel under the surface.

Then I put Melaleuca in her toenails to fight fungus.   I put Melaleuca on the chemical burns she had in her scalp from the perm she got two weeks ago.

I put Oregano on the wart on her hand and on the skin tag on her check.
Monday night I diluted the Oregano with Fractionated Coconut Oil (1:1) but last night I used it direct on her wart.

For more experimentation, I put Frankincense on the skin spots she says are cancer.   Since she has had skin cancer removed before, I took her diagnosis and treated according to the book.

Can't wait to see the results!

So I am finding that the Slim and Sassy really kicks a punch for me personally.  I have lost 6 lbs in two weeks.  Which could be water weight since Slim and Sassy is also a diuretic.  However,  I get too jittery when I use so much!  Like it kicks me in overdrive.   So I will back off from 8 drops to 5 drops.

The oil blend consists of
Grapefruit
Cinnamon
Peppermint
Lemon
Ginger
